Iodine (from Kelp- Lessonia nigrescens) 300 mcg
Selenium (from selenium HVP Chelate) 200 mcg
Zinc (from Zinc HVP chelate) 12 mg
Ashwagandha Extract 6:1
(from Wiithania somenifera) (root) 400 mg (1.5% withanoloids equivalent to 2400mg of dried herb)
